At Sarfanio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the item
  • A description of the issue

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival before a refund, replacement, or store credit is approved.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Item must be in resellable condition
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as return instructions and return addresses may vary depending on the product supplier.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened essential oils
  • Cosmetics
  • Personal care items
  • Used products
  • Opened hygiene-related products

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be unused and unopened

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 21 days of dispatch.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and work toward a suitable resolution.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your original payment provider or bank.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
